How it all started.

What began as a small rabbinical discretionary fund several years ago has evolved into a full-fledged non-profit organization that today benefits hundreds of people, the majority of whom are children. Rabbi Yom Tov Glaser was once asked by friends from the US to distribute their tzedaka (charity) money to needy people in his Jerusalem community. Over time, more people asked Rabbi Glaser to give their tzedaka to people in need. Now he and his wife, Leah, have become known for distributing tzedaka. They receive requests for help from all over Israel, from people who have nowhere else to turn.
