Prof. Mandell has over 35 years of continuous experience in advanced engineering & physics research. Expert in the management and execution of bleeding edge engineering research & development programs involving the fields of electronics, computer science, blockchain technology, physics, chemistry, energy medicine, clean renewable energy, telecommunication, advanced security technologies & systems, environmental clean-up technologies, rapid deployment low cost construction technologies, advanced water solutions (pioneer in the field of atmospheric water vapor processing technologies (Water from Air).

Keren-Or Mandell

President/CEO

Keren-Or has held positions as strategic adviser for a number of multi-national corporations and for the last 15 years was CEO of Quantum Medical Centre. She is a great strategist, organizer, and has good public relation skills. She is also very passionate and dedicated to the foundation's mission.

Dr. Udi Cantor M.D.

Senior Medical Adviser & member of the board

Dr. Cantor is a specialist in General Surgery, Urological Surgery, and Trauma.  Head of both the Medical Policy Division & of the Care Safety Forum (and founder) at the Israel Medical Association (IMA). Director of the organ transplant unit Shiba Hospital (1978-1980), Instructor to Trauma Therapists – IDF Training Program, Director of the Trauma Unit, Haemek Hospital and also it's deputy director. Held many medical forum positions at the Ministry of health, and was senior medical adviser to Madanes; the largest medical liability insurance company. He was also Senior Medical Adviser to Quantum Medical Centre in Tel-Aviv.

Dr. David Michaeli M.D. PhD

Research Scientist & member of the board

Worked for Quantum Medical Centre for 10 years while also working at Belinson Hospital and for the last few years at Assaf Harofe Hospital as a neurosurgeon. He is also the original inventor of the MRI technology and the holder of many patents. Dr. Michaeli is a pioneer in immune modulation therapy and it’s applications in treating Cancer as well as a number of neurological diseases

Sir Prof. Ruggero Santilli

Dr. R. M. Santilli received the highest possible education in Italy, emigrated in the USA with his family in 1967 following an invitation from the University of Miami, Florida,to conduct research under NASA support, after which he was in the faculty of Boston University, MIT, and Harvard University under support from NASA, USAFOSR and DOE. From 1985 on, Dr. Santilli has been Professor of Physics and President of The Institute for Basic Research originally located within the compound of Harvard University and moved to Florida in 1989. Dr. Santilli became a U. S. Citizen in 1986. He is the author of 325 papers in mathematics, physics and chemistry published in refereed journals, has written 20 Ph. D. level monographs in various fields, the founder of three scientific journals and the editor of various journals.

Experienced operations manager, Sean has owned his own businesses and was COO for a rapidly expanding global enterprise overseeing marketing, legal, HR and finance.

Dr. Robert Rowen M.D.

Medical Advisory Board

Doctor Robert Rowen has been practicing medicine for more than three decades. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Johns Hopkins University before attending medical school at the University of California, San Francisco. Following medical school and residency, he attained Board certification in two fields: Family Practice and Emergency Medicine. Finding that pharmacological medicine could do more harm than good, Doctor Rowen made the leap to integrative medicine in the 1980’s. He practiced in Alaska from 1979 to 2001 before joining Dr. Su in Santa Rosa in 2001. Dr. Rowen was also a member of the medical advisory board for Quantum Medical Center in Israel.

Dr. Yuri Friedman M.D.

Medical Advisory Board

Dr. Friedman is a general practice physician who has worked at Tel-Hashomer Hospital in Israel since 1995 and for the last 15 years also worked at Quantum Medical Center specializing in Bio-Oxidative medicine protocols including medical ozone and bio-photonic therapies. Dr. Friedman performed 1,000’s of treatments to patients coming to Quantum Medical Center over the years without even one adverse event. His professionalism and technical skills have always made him a pleasure to work with and is loved by all the patients he treated and cares for. Dr. Friedman also trains other doctors to perform these therapies.

Dr. Zvi Weinstein PhD

Advisory Board Member Green Sustainable Communities

During the period of 1978-2015 Zvi have has worked for the Ministry of Construction & Housing, Department of Project Renewal. His position was Project Renewal Coordinator, engaged in policy making, physical and social planning and consulting for the Project’s Headquarter and the Inter-Governmental Committee.

On the National level he led the activities for R & D, Physical and Social Strategic Planning, Building Partnerships between the Project’s Communities and the Business Sector, Citizen Participation in decision making policy, as well as of the Youth Build Israel program dealing with holistic vocational training and last but not least Project of Digital Gap.

Charles Edward Kanonrake Jacobs
Advisory Board Member
Liaison of Native American Affairs

Charlie is a proud Haudenasaunee (Mohawk Nation) member of Snipe Clan from the Iroquois Confederacy, with a strong faith in traditional Kanonsesneh (Longhouse) beliefs. Is a father of four children and grandfather of eight. His interests include organic agriculture and permaculture practices using heirloom seeds that are cultivated and transferred from ancestral sources. As an experienced certified landscaper, garden designer, farmer and metalworker/fabricator, he enjoys networking to create opportunities for teaching others about sustainable, regenerative agricultural methods that move us away from the use of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, and other chemical inputs; while preserving our environment's health at the same time. His vision and passion is to encourage people to embrace agricultural methods that support food sovereignty throughout all communities by teaching them how to utilize greenhouse techniques as well as container gardening for year-round access to healthy foods. Charlie was a member of the International Iron-workers Union: 711 from 1979-2001, he is also an entrepreneur in various business entities including Jacobs Farms, Quebec INC.

 

His activities with the foundation will include his involvement with our Biochar and "Isotopic Housing"  projects, and director of equipment fabrication for the foundations' wholly owned subsidiary Tree of life Biotechnology, LLC. In addition, Charlie will liaison with Native American and Canadian First Nations to introduce them to the many technological solutions that our foundation can provide to achieve sustainable regenerative agriculture, food security, clean renewable energy, water, telecommunications, and advance integrative medicine; all in a decentralized and distributed manner so as to achieve true freedom and independence for all First Nation Tribes.
